Why do you not have a phone number on your site?

FBC is a completely Web based business. Although there are real people behind the site, the office does not have any sales people or people who can answer questions about filter types, applications or product related questions. These can only be handled via Email or using our contact us form, which is located at the top of the site. You might ask why we do this, but the simple reason is that we are trying to keep our prices as low as possible to pass on those savings to you, the customer. If we were like other sites with lots of phone and sales people, our prices would be higher.

Why should I join the club, and what do I get?

The FBC club offers additional discounting on products for our customers who join and pay an annual $30.00 fee. This fee allows you to an additional 15% off our MSRP prices. You also receive promotional materials and emails that we send periodically allowing for discounts and sales only available to our club members. Do you have everything in-stock and on-hand?

Yes, everything listed on our site is available either from our Warehouse in Boston, or through our direct supplier(s). In the rare case that we are out of stock with an item, we will contact you and let you know the back order time, or give you the option to cancel your order.

All our products are shipped UPS Ground. PO Boxes are not accepted.

No, FBC only ships to the continental US.
